1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (auraglow.studio) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service value. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals: To ensure the quality of service for all our clients, we may not be able to extend your service time if you arrive late. Your treatment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client scheduled after you. The full price of your scheduled service will still apply.

3. Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment when making your reservation. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. AuraGlow Studio will not be liable for any adverse reactions to treatments that may occur as a result of your failure to inform us of any contraindications.

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or retail products. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. AuraGlow Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates do not expire.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Our studio environment is one of tranquility and mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, including but not limited to, inappropriate behavior or intoxication.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AuraGlow Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the website without our prior written consent.
